Good=Hard

Today in class my teach said that everything good in life isn't easy to attain & then I automatically liked her because I wasn't too sure about her before that. College degree, hard work. Building relationships, hard work. Having kids, hard work.

If everyone accepted that, including me, things would be a lot easier.

On the other hand, the good things in life don't cost you any money:

Beach
Fresh air
Flowers
Family
Love (I would hope)
Friends
Conversation


Life, you're alright with me.

Cereal

This morning I was eating cereal and watching TV & it made me so happy. I'm rather happy in the mornings but I was extra happy and it was because of cereal and cartoons. Do you know how great cereal and cartoons are?

Cereal is so great because there is literally something for everyone. How many types of food can you say that about? You can't say that about sushi, or meat, or vegetables.

Talk is cheap, silence is expensive

For all of you girls and possibly guys who try to analyze text messages and emails, I hate to break it to you but you are wasting your time.

Why? Because 60% of communication is non-verbal, 30% of communication is shown through your tone...

That means only 10 percent of communication is what you say.

Everyone better learn how to read between the lines I guess. Those are some thin lines!

Awkward moments

I feel myself at most in awkward moments. If you don't like awkward moments you better learn. They provide such an opportunity for funny. Just embrace them.

Well maybe you don't have to embrace all awkward moments...

Nostalgia

Nostalgia is a crazy feeling. It's like you can't re-live moments, but you can re-live the feeling of those moments and the fact that that's possible is amazing. I appreciate you nostalgia.

Live by this

Your family eats, then you eat, then everyone else eats.

Life

Life is crazy for a number of reasons:

9. It's simple.
10. It's all we got.

Whenever I ponder life, I trip out, but it makes me smile. For every horrible part of life there's an amazingly beautiful part. Tear worthy.

The best part of life is the simple every day things, like the concept of sunshine and the feeling of rain, the concept of growth and the experience of emotion.

Basically, please appreciate life and recognize it. It is after all yours.

Get serious

If you're serious about money, you're going to work hard.

If you're serious about love, you're going to make all the right moves.

If you're serious about your health, you're going to eat right and exercise.

If you're serious about life, you're going to make all your dreams come true, because life only comes around once, and what good are dreams if they don't come true?

Basically, if you're not serious about anything what the heck are you doing with your life?
